A deposit of 20% of your selected service cost is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-transferable to other appointments or services.
If you’re booking online, you will be prompted to pay this deposit during the checkout process.
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your 20% deposit, which will not be refunded.
For same-day cancellations, the full service amount will be charged to the card on file or billed directly to you.
Please aim to arrive on time to ensure the best experience and full treatment duration. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, or we may need to reschedule, depending on our availability. In this case, your deposit will not be refunded.
If you know you’re running late, please call or message us as soon as possible to discuss options.
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged the full cost of the service.
Habitual no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.
All services are non-refundable, as we invest time and products specifically for each client’s needs.
For products purchased in-store, returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase only if unopened and in original packaging.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness or skin irritations (e.g., cold sores, open sores, or recent sunburn), please reschedule your appointment to avoid irritation or risk to your health.
We maintain strict hygiene protocols for all services to provide you with a clean and safe environment.
As a courtesy, we send out reminders 48 hours before your appointment. However, please note that it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.
Elite Peels is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep personal belongings with you at all times.
Clients must be at least 18 years old for most services. For clients under 18, parental consent and accompaniment are required, and some treatments may not be permitted.
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information shared during consultations or treatments is confidential and used solely to tailor our services to your needs. We will never share your information with third parties without your consent.
